Mixcraft 10 Dead silence Bug ?

Question i have a problem with mixcraft 10 dead silence but with the end of the song for an example the song length would be 1:50 but when the song is finish it may have a dead silence 10 secs longer .is this a common fix for this ?

Hi,

That's called an "effect tail," and it can happen with any version of Mixcraft.

You can select only the part of the project you want to have in the final project, then choose the "Use Selection" option when you go to mix down.

so in this case i just highlight the selected audio but before i mix the song down click use selection and that should fix it ?

Hi,

Only the selected area will be in the mixed down audio.

Why does this happen? There's no mechanism for plugins to report that they are absolutely done producing audio.
