Mixcraft 10 freezing loading Neural DSP plugin

Hi,

I just bought Mixcraft 10... I did download the trial but didn't get a chance to try it out. So today is my first day and I'm running into a problem trying to start my first project. I'm trying to use Neural DSP Soldana vst3 plugin but when I try and load it Mixcraft 10 freezes?

Hi,

Go into Mixcraft's Sound Device preferences. Put a check mark next to "Ignore ASIO Reset Messages," then click OK and restart Mixcraft.

Does that fix the problem?

Is it possible to get some help here? I updated to the new update but still not working. I've run into quite a few bugs with 10 already.

I’m not home but I have same Soldano plugin and it works fine

Hi,

Please go into Mixcraft's General preferences, click Upload Log Files, and then let us know that you've done that.
