DirectX Effects?

Hello!

I've recently purchased this great program. I currently have 4.2 build 104. When I go to effects and select something from DirectX Effects, there isn't an edit button that appears for it, so it's unuseable.

Any help would be appreciated!

If it is actually a directX effect you are trying to use, it is probably pulled from some other program you have installed and will not actually work in other software as a plugin. Try one of the built in VST effects like the classic equalizer, you should see an edit button.

Oooh, ok. That had occurred to me, but I wasn't sure. I saw Noise Removal effect in there and I got excited, because Audacity's isn't very good. Thanks for that link, though. I've never seen that one.
