MVP Loops not download

Hello,

I noticed that my mvp loops are in the library but they not download/play. I already reinstalled it using the store mvp loops uninstall & reinstall but it not fixed.

I not have any firewall and it not give me any error. I also run it as administrator.

All other loops play very well.

I already unloaded my logs using the preferences menu.

Do you have MVP Loops and MVP Samples selected in Account preferences?

Hello Greg,

It was the missing of that slash symbol. The Loop library download still blank and i can't choose nothing. BUT its now playing and downloading!!!!

Hi,

That is by design. Some people don't use the library sounds. Only the sounds you use are downloaded.

If you want to download everything, display All, then right-click on the list and select "Download All in View."

I have tried searching programdata and I can't find my loop folder. When I open Mixcraft 10, the loops don't even show up. It's just blank. How do I fix this?

Windows hides system folders like ProgramData by default. You can copy and paste the pathname into File Explorer to get there, or go into File Explorer options and turn off the option to hide system folders.

Oh I’m able to find program data just fine, it’s the loop folder that seems to not exist. I’ve unhidden all folders, but I can’t find the loop folder or any of the loops. How do I locate where the loops have been saved?

If you go into Mixcraft's Library preferences, what do you have selected for the Loop Library Directory setting?

Is there anything in the Loop Library Download setting?

Right now it is set to C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\

Should I create a loop folder and set it to that?

Yes, set it to this:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\loops\

Then click OK and do this:

1. Quit Mixcraft

2. Find the following folder and delete the 23.txt and 27.txt files.

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\download_records

3. Start up Mixcraft and check for updates.

Awesome, it looks like that worked!

My next question is how do I find more loops? In Mixcraft 9, I had over 7,000 loops to choose from, which seemed to just come with Mixcraft, but in this one I only have 2,409 loops to choose from. I've added all the free stuff I could find on the Mixcraft 10 store tab that I could see.

Is the library set to All? Did you check for updates and install all the updates?
