Really nice production there Trev. All instruments sounds stellar. Is that a double bass? Guitar sounds shines, and very good mix and production.

Your tracks are so clean (and few), compared to my screen. I always end up with 30-50 tracks, and in one track alone I can have 5-6 child tracks.... basically it´s chaos....

How long did it take you to finish this song?

Thanks for the kind words Alex!

I only used 2 guitars on that production - a Squire Strat and a parts-caster P bass. I record them all direct into a Scarlett 2i2 (1st gen).

The bass just had the stock TB Compressor, an EZMix standard preset, and a little tweaking in the mixer 3 knob EQ.

The strat had a standard Echoboy preset and a slight tweak on tone from TB EZQ equalizer - a very useful (if somewhat simple) stock plugin which I use quite a lot.

I'm a bassist and not a lead guitar player, so those guitar parts took me about three days to put together and get synchronized. Lots of overdubbing. I had the whole song done in a week - but I am retired and have the time. :D

Can't find anything to inspire me these days. I've exhausted remakes of my oldies favorites and even re-mastered several just to keep my hands on. :D
