Help Moving to a New PC

I just bought a new PC and need a download link for Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker. I bought this years ago and used a different email so can't login on their website.

I still have Acoustica on my old PC but can't get to it for a few days. Will having access to it allow me to change my email address?
