I love this DAW!

Post by CactusMusicBC »

The more I learn the more I like! Great job you guys.
And I see that this software has a long history and that you have avoided Corporate take over. That is rare in the land of software.

The timing is perfect as you may know most of us long time Cakewalk users are totally fed up with being on a rollercoaster ride for 20 years. And now it's subscription only. That was the end of that! Bandlab had killed CW dead. Everybody has been switching Daw's like madmen. I tried them all. Mixcraft wins hands down for it's easy intuitive workflow and super reasonable price points. Please don't ever change that. I love your old moto!

I just put out this video to try and let more people know about Mixcraft and why they need to own it. I've been PM'ing my old friends on the CW user forum to clue them in to your sale right now. Even in the comments of this video one person said they just grabbed it! Looking forward to working together and making music,

I have a few ideas for future videos already, the first one will be showing CW users how easy it is to transfer CW projects to Mixcraft.

Totally agree, and thanks for the info. I was unaware of Cakewalk and the corporate takeover etc. I just got lucky, started with Mixcraft long ago, so it's all I know. Well I knew Audacity a little but that's it. Thank you Acoustica, I've done so much with Mixcraft it's crazy. Countless demos, a full length radio drama, electronika, audio journalism for my freelance reporter gig, and now I'm composing (counter)classical music on Mixcraft.
