How to upgrade to Studio Pro 10.5

Hi,

I have Mixcraft Studio Pro 10 installed on my Windows 11 PC, how do I upgrade to 10.5? I clicked the "Check for Updates" but didn't find anything about 10.5 there, and I can't find the upgrade instructions in anywhere else on the website.

Checking for updates is the way to do it. What does it say up in Mixcraft's title bar?

Hi Greg,

Thanks for the follow up. Not sure what I did, after awhile, the program finally updated to 10.5. However, when I click on "Check for Updates", it shows there are a few "Ready To Install" items (please see screenshot below), but when I click on Install, it would just close the program. Now when I start Mixcraft, this "Update Mixcraft" pop-up will always show up, and it will close the program again if I click on Install. Not sure what's wrong with it.

Hi,

Try it again after restarting your computer. Also make sure that your anti-virus program isn't interfering with the downloads and installations.

If thse things don't help, please go into Mixcraft 10's General preferences, click the option to zip up your log files, and send in a support ticket with the log files attached.
