Best place to look for samples, loops, etc...?

Hey all. So, I have been away from the scene for far too long, and am just now getting back into it. I am using Mixcraft 9, and I can't remember where I used to go for my music loops, samples, and VSTs. Any suggestions? I am looking to mix and match, create mostly for family and friends. I made a few back in the day and used some when I got into streaming on Twitch. But now I want to get back into it, and really stretch my wings. Free is always best, but I am willing to open up the bank a bit, for the right sounds...
