How do I navigate to the Melodyne button please? Editor & Melodyne are not showing in my sound tab.TrevsAudio wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2024 9:47 am Hi.
Double-click the clip header - that will open the sound tab with the wave form as shown. Then just click the Melodyne button.

Tried that - it opens the Sound tab with wave form, but the Edit / Melodyne buttons do not appear, as in my previous attachment.TrevsAudio wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2024 9:47 am Hi.

If you are using the Pro version, it will be different to mine, I think.
Re: Pitch correction software - Waves?
Upgraded to PRO.
Still no Edit or Melodyne buttons in the Sound tab.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Re: Pitch correction software - Waves?
Buttons appeared after a restart.
What do all the diving lines mean please?
What is the default pitch-correction?
Found a 'snap to G Aeolian' option, which I chose. There's only one (sung to) chord outside that scale,
but the lead note is inside the scale.
Thanks.

Re: Pitch correction software - Waves?
There's no 'easy way' to describe how Melodyne works and what all the lines mean, sadly. Best, take a little time and have a look at the videos I shared in my earlier post. Once you get the hang of it, there's nothing better.

I'll be doing a YouTube video on the very basics of Melodyne in Mixcraft. Should be done in a day or two - I'll leave a link here.

Trev, I like that you put a harmony stack beneath your lead vocal line in a different color.
You're a real one for doing a video tutorial but you already linked a video tutorial. I'm pretty sure that person refused or just did not look at it.

Out of the loop just now - no voice at all, to play with - flu!

Re: Pitch correction software - Waves?
Does this (attached) mean I'm singing flat please? The scale was G Natural Minor / G Aeolian.TrevsAudio wrote: ↑Thu Dec 26, 2024 12:07 am There's no 'easy way' to describe how Melodyne works and what all the lines mean, sadly. If so, has Melodyne corrected it, or not?
Does it auto-correct, or is there a button to click, to confirm correction?
Many thanks!
