Beta build 625 fixes some issues that we've discovered in beta build 624 and previous versions/builds.

Fixed bug related to version # on installer.
#1825 Overwriting effect chains doesn't seem to be working.
Deleting an Omni Sampler instance and then undoing wasn't restoring samples
