Possible update bug?

Post by clowquill »

Hello,
I’ve noticed after updating, my EZ Drummer tracks don’t play unless I click on the area where the solo/mute/arm buttons are. It’s not muted, it just acts as tho there’s no information on that track, and then suddenly comes alive after clicking.

Hi,

Are there any MIDI notes on the track, or are you just playing the groove inside EZDrummer? You may need to put the focus on the EZDrummer track to do that. If there are no MIDI clips on the EZDrummer track, you could try double-clicking on the empty track to add a blank MIDI clip.

I have all the grooves inside ez drummer, so nothing on the track. I’ve never had an issue before, so I thought it might be a new thing. Is it recommended to move all the midi data to the actual track and just play it thru ez drummer?

Hi,

How you use EZDrummer all depends on what you want to do with it, but you can just put a blank clip on the track if you want it to play the grooves. You can also drag the grooves from inside EZDrummer and drop them onto the Mixcraft track.
