Waves Plugins
They are nice; however, they stop working and require maintenance because of their greedy business model. I'm done buying them.
Re: Waves Plugins
Well after messing around for some hours, some of the Waves plugins I bought and paid for are now working again on one of my computers. I don't know about you guys, but none of my many projects are ever really finished in my mind, even if I released a version for streaming. If I reopen a Mixcraft project from three years ago, I expect it to work, dammmit.
The other nonsense thing that irks me is when you buy a plugin and find out you can only do "X" number of installs, even if you uninstall it from another machine. Essentially. the purchase is a dead end. I just put that plug-in maker on my never buy list.
This new model of plug-in "subscriptions" just doesn't work for me.
