Hi,
I was wondering if there is a pitch blender effect i could use.
kind of like a slur to the words.

Hmm, never heard of such a thing. How about putting a slow delay on the vocals so that it garbles the lyrics?

By using a delay plugin and setting it for a long delay.
Click the FX button on one of the tracks and choose acoustica delay.
