Track Sheets

Hi everyone,
New user here,
I am starting to lose track of what I have reorded on Mixcraft & Beatcraft so I am looking at the idea of using track sheets, (printout of software?)

Anyone have any idea where I can find a program on the net?
The couple I have found didn't impress me to much so I thought this may be the place to ask.
