windows 7 issues

Post by cc1157 »

I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and cannot get Acoustica to scan my harddrive for new songs. I tried to change where my computer scans per Acoustica support but that didnt fix it. Any suggestions :?: Thanks

What does it do when you click the scan button?

Hi,

Try deleting the acoustica.adb file from this folder:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\

Another way to find that folder is this:

1. Click on the Windows Start menu.
2. Select "All Programs."
3. Select "Acoustica MP3 CD Burner."
4. Select "Logs."

Delete "acoustica.adb" and you should be able to start MP3 CD Burner.

Hi,

The next time it happens, send us the cdburner-log.txt file from that same folder.

Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the file.

won't load under windows 7

Post by jack cohen »

Repeated efforts on my new Win7 machine all result in a "not compatible" message (and continuing anyway brings up a message about a missing file - perhaps a dll file for skins - but no loading!)

Can anyone help?
TIA
