Video problems

Hi. I can load new video fine. Put more than 1 in. Cut, move, etc, and view in Video Window.
But when I crossfade 2 videos (obviously necessary for a project) and try to view in Video Window, it freezes with "Mixcraft has stopped working" and closes.
I can play the crossfaded video without the Video Window fine, but when I open the Video Window, it crashes. Everytime.
I'm using Vista and using .avi files from my Flip camera.
I'm running the newest 5.1 Mixcraft version.
Any ideas?

I requested via reply to your support ticket that you send us your mixcraft log file. Hopefully we can see what is going on.
