Problems with mixcraft and my mixboard
i try to use my mixboard with mixcraft with no effect the mix board i have is the tapco 6306 6 channel mixer, it has phantom power with a condensor mic can any one help me out?
Mixcarft works great with Tapco Blend 6.
I got a Tapco Blend 6 and it works great with Mixcraft. The maix mix output of the Tapco goes to the Line In of my computer. The gain for the channel 1 (the mic) is set at about 1 o'clock and all the other level/volume controls of the Tapco are set at optimum of 12 o'clock.
The recording window in Mixcraft is set to Source = Line In, and the level is set two clicks from Max.
Does you mic record at suitable levels with another recording program? Download Audacity (it's free) to give your mic a test.
