When I used to work with that old program, there wasn't any plugin or VST possibilities, but the automation possibilities were really awesome. I could change or add any MIDI control I desired in any track, even in the master, so that it would appear everytime I loaded a MIDI (format 1) song. I guess It should be possible to add those features in MC6.
Mixcraft 5 already has a bunch of features not possible with other DAWs, but I believe MC6 will have everything a composer or music lover ever needs and by reading the other posts, I know it will be awesome. I can't wait to try it.
EDIT: I was so eager to try it, I bought it already. Grrrreat!
