Hi
I have been rendering some .wav files in Beatcraft but it's leaving a chunk of silence on the end so I then have to calculate where to cut the end of the file off and trim it manually.
I am assuming it is because I am:
Ticking "Rendering audio tails" [yes - it creates a longer file that needs to be trimmed]
By ticking "Wrapping audio tails" [it creates a "loopable" file that does not need trimming]
If I untick both "Rendering audio tails" and "Wrapping audio tails", it cuts off at the right length [creating a "loopable" file that does not need trimming]
Is there another way to set the length of the pattern/sequence being rendered so it creates a discrete loop without the need for further top and tailing?
I assume not at this stage - Presumably leaving "Rendering audio tails" is sufficient and is the only way to get the job done
Regards
Neil

Re: another rendering problem?
This happens because effects or instrument ring lasts longer than the end of the sequence. Render audio tails is the best choice if you don't need the resulting file to loop in other software.
