Edit tag Information crashes

hi I am using windows 8 and when I use the Edit tag Information it lets me put the new information in and then it crashes on me I restart the program and the information is there. Any help with this. Try it again today and it works slow but it works.is there a way you can make the location, where you can cope & paste it ,would make my life easer I use winamp to get my songs and your edit tag information does not take out that information :?:by the way nothing works so there a lot bugs when I use winamp nothing comes up

We have not tested the product on Windows 8 yet, so we have no way of knowing what might be causing the crash. Keep in mind that Windows 8 is just a test version, it will be full of bugs.

window8 will be coming out soon so when you think you all will be up and running ,because nothing works with you program, I take that back your find button works and so does the ripping

I just installed in on Windows 8, every thing works fine for me including tagging. The one thing that does not work fine is that when i check a song, it doesn't show up (visually) in the song list, but if i hit burn, it does burn the song to cd.

As I mentioned, we're really not testing that product on Windows 8 yet. Try right clicking the icon and choose "run as administrator", see if that helps.

Hi,

Make sure you have the latest updates for Windows 8. Keep in mind that the operating system you are using is still in beta mode and they'll be fixing bugs with each new update.

The next time this problem happens, quit MP3 CD Burner and send us your cdburner-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\

You can also find it by clicking on the Windows Start menu, selecting All Programs, then Acoustica MP3 CD Burner and finally Logs, or whatever the equivalent would be in Windows 8.

Please submit an Acoustica Support Request to send us the log file.
