I'm trying to make a few workout mixes and I want them at around 140 BPM. I'm finding that's a bit of a stretch with most of my music. Is there anyway to add background beats/sounds and what not to keep the tempo going and also stretch my music to what sounds good and have this playing too? (hope this makes sense )
Thanks,
Workout Mixes- Can I add background "beats"?

You can't mix two sounds together in DJ Twist & Burn, you can just adjust the tempo.
