Hey Acoustica,
(sorry about,maybe,my bad english)
When i start up mp3 cd burner,i get a message:"there appears to be a problem with your software registration".
So i use the link"lost codes".
By email i get the keys from Acoustica.
I copied the codes,and use my emailadress,but i get every time:"there appears to be a problem with your software registration".
Can you help me,so i can use my CDburner again?

I tried the submit an Acoustica Support Request link, but it comes up to a dead page.
I'm having the same problem. Every so often it tells me there is a problem with my registration. I have to re-enter my email and code, except for this last time it won't take it.

I am also having the same problem. I have to remove every trace of acoustica from my computer and re download it again. It works for a while then I get a message saying problem with registration but when i enter email and codes it wont accept it !!
