How do you change chords inside the Key? C to F back to C

How do you change chords inside the Key? C to F back to C

I was trying out one of the acid loops in MC6 and am trying to figure how to make it change chords.
I know all about chord changes and keys...I just don't know to change a chord in MC6.
This is the greatest program ever and I've tried many over the years! :D
