Hi There,
I have this problem, the program suddenly wants me to input my user-name and pass-code which I have done several times, the problem is the program will not accept my user details, even though they have not changed in years, I even got acoustica to resend me my details and when I used them it`s the same old problem, I even uninstalled and then reinstalled the program to see if that would work, it didn`t, I`m seriously considering just re-purchasing the program but why should I when I have already purchased it once?
Any help much appreciated.

You shouldn't have to re-purchase. Please submit an Acoustica Support Request and customer support will try to help you out.

Hi,
I searched for a support email from you under the email address you are using for this forum and I couldn't find anything. Did you use a different email address? Did you get a ticket number?
