I've finally got something to share

Post by dfarrell »

I've been fooling around with mixcraft for a while now, and I finally have something to share with everyone. I find recording with mixcraft very easy, but the hard part is trying to make it sound good. I would love to hear any helpful comments on the mix. [url] http://myspace.com/deeeef

Hey good job!

Like to hear the background "Sometimes" thing spread across the stereo field, maybe with some verb.
Sounded like it was all right channel, but that could just be the system I was listening on.

Thanks for the input. Your right about the background vocal, it is panned to the right. I'm still playing with everything trying to get it to sound "right"
(whatever that is. . .), so I will try your suggestion

I changed the drum track and tried EL34's suggestion on the background vocal. If anyone would like to give it another listen, it is ready to go.http://myspace.com/deeeef
