Hi,

Are you using Pianissimo as a plugin or as a standalone? If you're using it as a plugin, what host software are you using?

Further research shows that Pianissimo is just too dang realistic. It turns out that the highest notes on actual pianos are undampered:

That's why it sounds like the sustain pedal is always on with those notes.
