Couldn't find I tunes playlists

All of a sudden when using my Acoustica CD/DVD label maker I am getting a message that says:
We couldn't find any ITunes playlists. The likely cause is that I tunes is not installed on this computer. My I tunes library is indeed installed on my computer. Anybody else had this problem and if so what was the solution?

Hi,

Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker looks for the iTunes library in a couple of default locations. Did you move your iTunes library?

Yes we did when working with Apple techs on a I Tunes problem. We moved the Library.
