I am attempting to purchase an upgrade from MC6 Pro Studio to MC7 Pro Studio, but when I enter my e-mail address into the required field, it says there are no registrations found for my e-mail. I'm guessing it's because when I bought Mixcraft I didn't get it directly from acoustica.com but from another store. Am I still able to upgrade before the sale ends?????

It should be the email address used when you REGISTERED your product.
One way to retrieve registration codes is to use this page:

Also, you can get help locating it (Replies will rely on business hours) here:

And if that doesn't work, I'd suggest using the link at the top of this page to open a support ticket, as it involves personal information.

Ok, thanks. I guess I'll do that now. Though I got Mixcraft in the mail and don't remember having to do anything online. I think I just used the registration code on the back of the installation disk sleeve. The computer I use MC on doesn't have internet.

I actually just went and got the Cd sleeve that has my registration ID and registration code on it. Is that the information Acoustica needs to put my order through????

If your registration ID is not your email address, contact Customer Support. Today's the last day for the sale!
If your registration ID is your email address, retrieve your registration email and the upgrade offer will be at the bottom.
