Me too...
Same problem ..I hit the transfer button and press play in mixcraft and it doesnt do anything......
I'm pretty sure the transfer button should turn orange..I can see the plug in is receiving audio by means of the
input signal status above the Transfer button..
Hope some one can help before I have to contact Celemony....I had to scrap Zplanes Vielklng 2 due to due many bugs.
Cheers

Hi,

Are you using Mixcraft version 7.5 build 292? If not, choose "Check For Updates" from the Help menu.

Hi Greg
Thanks for your advice.
I have updated to 7.5 build 292 but with no luck.
Vielklang have informed me that Logic Pro has the same issues and believe the problems lie within mixcraft.
Anyway thanks again for your help.

I think the answer from Vielklang is the stock "blame the other software" answer.

I have Vielklang2CM that was given away with Computer Music magazine a few months ago (hence the CM at the end) and it works fine in Mixcraft 7. It is a bit fiddley but it does work. Granted the CM version is essentially a lite version so I can't vouch for all the features.

Hi Greg
I reinstalled Veilkang ( some thing should have probably done straight away after upgrading) and although I still cannot drag and drop Veilklang is now functioning well and stable.
I have a simple work around to load the file into Veilklang just by adding the audio file to
the Mixcraft library then loading the file through Veilklang.
Anyway I appreciate your help.
Cheers

I am curious, don't know if this will work-

Have you tried assigning the Veilklang program as an external editor in the Mixcraft preferences/general?

If that is possible, you should be able to select the track, click on the top sound tab and select "Edit in external editor".

Vielklang and Pro 7

Post by bryzar »

Hi Mark
I can't seem to locate the Vielkang .exe file so I can assign to the external editor.
My "work around" to load the audio file into Vielklang is not to much of a hassle but it
would be nice to drag and drop.
