Deleting unwanted libraries from library

How do I delete unwanted libraries from libraries , cuz everytime I load new sounds to my library and it ask me in what libraries I want to put it on , unwanted libraries that I made that I don't want anymore keep popping up, and they are empty cuz I deleted all sounds in them, so how do I delete unwanted libraries

This is the only way I know how to do this is:

On a PC open file explorer and copy this link into the path box at the top, then press enter:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\UserLibrarySounds

Then just delete the empty folder and corresponding .mldb file, giving you the problem.
