HELP ME! The MP3 it's different from the project :(

Hello!!
When I mix a project to MP3, the audio it's very different from what I hear in the project. Some instruments are very low, with poor quality. It's mixed entirely different.
And it's only in this file! If I try to record some others things in others projects, it's normal.
I use the program since 2008 and this had never hapenned before. I try to use this time, the command NORMALIZE. This has anything to do with it?
Please, can anyone, help me?
