16th note triplets in 3/4 time?

Having trouble creating 16th note triplets in 3/4 time. This is what I get when i try to change the steps. It's just a weird looking sequence with some whole steps and some 16th mixed together. I may have a corrupted version or something. I have 4 beats per measure, 3 steps per beat, Any suggestions?
