Programming Mixcraft 6 audio tracks w/ from M Audio Axiom 49

I realize there may be other threads with this information, but I can't seem to find anything useful to my particular model of MIDI controller. Can someone please tell me how to cue my mixcraft 6 tracks with the pads on my controller? For live performances I want to be able to hit the pad and trigger keyboard melodies to add depth to our songs. Any help would be much appreciated.
