Rip error code--Rip CD Teack failure Error Code 3

Last five CDs seemed to rip, but were not found in library! I cleaned the library and then sought to re-rip them.
I get the following error code:

Rip CD Track Failed. \
Could not create target file: [stated file path].
Error Code 3
CD Track skipped.

Any suggestions?
This computer uses WIndows 98SE and has 6 GB of hard space available.

Hi,

Try ripping a CD, then quit the program and send the cdburner-log.txt file to support (at) acoustica (dot) com. The cdburner-log.txt file is located in your \Program Files\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\ folder.

Please include a note in your email reminding us of this discussion.
