Annoying message
Hi,
each time i start pianissimo, i get the message:
"the software could not connect to the website to check for an uipdate. Please visit www.acoustica.com to check for an update manually!"
And this is normal because my music computer is not connected to internet, but is there a way to avoid this message? i can't find the "don't check for update" feature?
Thank you, and sorry for my english

Re: Annoying message
Hi,
The newest version is 1.0 b12. Is that what you have?
You're seeing that message every single time you open Pianissimo? Is the software registered?

Re: Annoying message
Thanks for the reply but:
1. The problem is with Pianissimo
2. I don't use Mixcraft
3. I don't want it to check for updates.

Hi,
Right, but try the solution anyway and see if it helps.

Hi,
Thank you for coming back to let us know that enabling TLS 1.2 helped!

Re: Annoying message
Actually it hasn't helped.
It seemed to be ok at first but that might have been because I had previously opened Reaper before enabling TLS 1.2.
The problem is still there.

Re: Annoying message
Hi,
Are you running the standalone version of Pianissimo? Have you allowed Pianissimo through your firewall?

Hi,
Can you please double-check and make sure that TLS 1.2 is still enabled?
