Alesis QX25 Midi Controller Mapping

I have an Alesis QX25 Midi Controller and I'm trying to figure out how to map the four pads to trigger specific drum sounds. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Which virtual instrument are you using? Acoustica Studio Drums uses standard general MIDI drum mapping. Check the manual for your Alesis QX25 to see how to change which MIDI note each pad sends.
General MIDI percussion.

Sorry for the brevity of the original response, I had about one minute.
I may have misunderstood the question. And I have a Q25, which is the same unit but without the pads, so I cant really verify anything for you. Except that the Alesis manual/documentation is notoriously vague. Otherwise great value unit IMO!
But I assume the pads can be assigned like any typical midi controller? The video tut's I linked to cover that.
