Change Project Key - confused

Not quite sure how to explain this but here goes.
Mixcraft 7 Pro Studio - b251.
I have a project key of G which has 10 Midi tracks & 1 audio.
Under the Sound tab 8 of the midi tracks show as their original clip key being Am - (more confusing because they are actually in A maj which is shown correctly in the score tab as 3 #'s).
All are set to Use Project Key, however under Piano tab all the notes are in the key of G.
The other 2 midi clips, and the audio track, have their Original Clip Key as G which is correct as they were recorded after the project key was changed from A to G.
When played or mixed down it is playing in F.
Can anyone help or explain how this would be so please.
