It would be great if there was a way we could chose the MIDI humanize function only for a percentage of notes instead of all of them.

If you didn't know- you can select any number of MIDI notes, in a number of ways in the piano roll, and humanized just the selected notes.
You can select individual notes, CTRL-click on multiple notes, double click the keyboard note to select all those notes, CTRL-click on others to add them, or use the draw function to "box" and select a group of notes......
Then open the HUMANIZE dialog box and set the desired humanize parameters, and click on SELECTION to apply to only the selected notes.
