I would appreciate if somebody can let me know wether Antares Autotune 8 (vst3) will work with
mixcraft 6.

Hi,
Mixcraft 7 doesn't currently support VST3 plugins, so the answer would be no.
We are planning on adding VST3 support to a future version of Mixcraft.
