Hi
I get "Mixcraft failed to load the sound. It could be corrupt or in an unsupported format."
When I try to load 96 khz VAW recorded in JamHub's Tracker MT16.
It loads in Windows player and other apps.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Does the file name have any unicode characters in it? Try renaming the file so that it just has ASCII characters.

How large is the file? If it's smaller than 7 MB, please submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach it so we can check it out.

Is it just that file, or is it any file from the Tracker MT16? If it's any file, you could make a small sample file and send it to us.

Also, what version and build of Mixcraft do you have? Make sure you've got the latest update for the version you're using.

im having the same issue but it will not allow me to load any new instrumentals it will only allow me to load sounds that i downloaded months ago anything new i try to load into the program it says that the file may not be supported i have tried the renaming also resetting the audio settings restarting the program restarting my computer and im at a loss it is preventing from making anything new i have not added any new plug ins or downloaded anything that would cause it i also did an update and it will not work at all any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
