Help - CD/DVD Label Maker 3.40 doesnt open

Hello all!
I need support for Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker 3.40.

Since today, when I try to open the application, nothing happens.

By accessing the log of Windows 10, I found the followed error message:

The error language is Brazilian Portuguese.

I tried already reinstall the application, delete the Windows registry, run in Compatibility Mode (Windows XP and Windows 7), reboot my computer several times, but the problem persists.

I really need help because I use the application to work and am unable to do anything.

UPDATE:
I installed the 3.33 version and it works!

Something is wrong with the 3.40 version

Hi,

Do you remember if you were using Art Browse to search a folder? Sometimes a corrupt or extremely large image file can cause the label maker to crash. If you were using Art Browse and you know which folder you were browsing, you could try temporarily renaming that folder to see if the label maker will load.

I had the same problem with 3.40 (in Windows 7). I could not get the program to open after installation. I uninstalled 3.4, then installed 3.3. The 3.3 version installed and opened perfectly. I agree that there is a flaw with version 3.4.

Hi,

Most people don't run into this with version 3.40. There's something else going on that we haven't figured out yet. We've never seen it happen on any of our computers, so that makes it hard to fix.
