Mixcraft 8.1 build 394 has been released!

Hi all,

An update to Mixcraft 8 has been released. Choose "Check For Update" from the Help menu in Mixcraft and then quit Mixcraft as the patch downloads in order to install the update.

This update is free of charge to Mixcraft 8 owners, and it includes lots and lots of fixes, along with a couple of nice little features:

When closing Mixcraft 8 during update, the closing notification is hiding behind the update "window". You have to move it aside.

There seems to be some details that vary, depending on Windows OS and perhaps specific configurations, but the key element here is that the patch wont properly download and install if the program is open.
When you click on whatever the "yes I wish to update" button is, immediately close Mixcraft.

You did save your work didn't you.....

I think not the first time upgrading, thought that Mixcraft 8 froze so closed by using Task Manager. I kept pressing the X icon but it wouldn't closed.

I get a notification asking to saved the project.
