I made my first compilation CD from 45s and CD tracks. The sound levels on the CD vary somewhat between tracks. I set the recording level each time I recorded a song.
Am I better off using the same recording levels for each song (as I have that option) as each will be on the same CD?
Thanks For Replying,
Tommy

Recording Levels
I made my first compilation CD from a combination of 45s and CD tracks. I set a separate recording level for each 45 and CD track.
Am I better off setting the recording level with the first recording and use that level for the rest of the recordings?

Hi,
I would think if the recordings are coming from a wide variety of sources, you'd want to set the recording level each time. You can also adjust the volume level for each track on the "Preview and Edit..." screen if you've got Spin It Again version 2.1.
