Hello:

I purchased Beatcraft on Friday. Since, I can't do more than 3-5 basic functions in it (add an instrument, play, etc) without the damn thing crashing. It was completely stable as a demo. Extremely disappointing. Any suggestions?

The next time it crashes, quit Beatcraft (if it is still running) and send us the log file. You'll find the log file in your C:\Program Files\Acoustica Beatcraft folder. The file is named 'beatcraft-log.txt'.

Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.
