There is no specific way to get an exact sound and there's a million ways to get things to sound a certain way. It's a pretty clean vocal with a touch of delay or reverb and it's definitely got some compression but there's probably a lot more subtle settings.

The best advice I can give is to get the best recording you possibly can and go from there, the tracking is the most important, mic placement, levels etc are all going to make a bigger difference in quality than any post recorded effects.

But again, there's no right or wrong per se.

To make Rolling Estonian's point a different way, this is a big, BIG subject. Here's one useful guide (among many):

Notice that processing the recorded sound occupies a relatively small percentage of the article.

Google "recording vocals" to find more tutorial material.

What I hear:

Good mic.

EQ, compression, reverb with medium decay.

A bit of pitch correction.

As for vocal fx basics start with Compressor, EQ and reverb. De-esser will also help.
