RE: many register pop up windows and the beautiful green register
menu item, where some users have it while other users do not
(on the same computer) and other issues.

Seems Eric did NOT answer any questions from my reply to you
and but did introduce me to APPDATA - how lucky both PowerShell
and I am to now know about APPDATA, since in my reply to you,
I included parts of the log! Then he said try the http forums.
