Print not working since new installation

Old computer died. I installed the label maker on my new computer. It installed fine. But, when I try to print to my Epson 850 CD/DVD printer that I always used before it will not print. it looks like it is going to print, but it stops. The printer is working with test prints and all other programs.

The only thing I see that doesn't make sense is that the document name comes up in what looks like Chinese. Even if I start a new label it does the same thing. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem.

I tried to uninstall the software, and reinstalled it twice, but no luck.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

I'm having the same issue with a replacement installation.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

What do you mean by replacement installation? What version of the label maker are you using? 3.40? What happens, exactly?

Using Label Maker 3.40 with Epson Stylus Photo R300 on Server 2019 (everything was working on Server 2008 R2, same computer now with new drives and new OS installed).

Printer Test Page through Windows Properties dialog works.

When printing DVD label, job shows up in Windows Printer queue for a few seconds but doesn't initiate any printing on the printer. No errors listed in Windows queue dialog.

Hi,

What do you have selected in the Paper Type setting? What are you trying to print on?
