A product like RX or similar can be useful for more complicated issues, but the full-featured versions get a little pricey.
Not only pricey Mark, bloody difficult to master, worse than Melodyne!

Yeah, I cant deny some of these plug-ins involve a pretty steep learning curve!
Some of them are as complex as the host(s), or worse. iZotopes latest stuff certainly is a good example.
But while the interface and installation of Melodyne leaves much to be desired, the basic use for my needs has been pretty straight forward. Most of the time i just use it to push a few stray notes around slightly and the transparent results make the other inherent hassles worth tolerating IMO.
I reckon I have enough crazy stuff right now I may never learn to use some of it to an even modest level of its potential. 8)
Stay in tune, Mark

Okay, I've been working on this for hours in iZotope RX6 Advanced (yes, because I'm a nut) and have created 9 different files using multiple techniques and pieces of software and combinations mixed together. The first thing was to isolate all the hum and remove it, which was below 147hz. The file of that name has nothing else done to it (unlike all the others).

Also, whilst listening to the thing repeating for hours, I was left wondering why everybody has to like Christine McVie (presumably her from Fleetwood Mac) , as the words sounded distinctly like -
"There was a pig went after the
Christine McVie, Christine McVie.
There was a pig went off her, the
Christine McVie in the morning."
:D  :P 8)

I have analysed the song and discovered that most of the noise was out of phase. First I used Izotope RX7 to clean the voice. Then in Mixcraft put the signal on mono and finally used an equalizer to make a bit more transparent.
No artefacts or other problems : https://pixeldrain.com/u/u0bG0BIy

Great results. I thought the fact that it was a stereo playback of an obviously mono source made me wonder. Leads me to wonder if there is not a better source somewhere. But sounds good!
