Delayed Recording Issue

Delayed Recording Issue
Hello, been using mixcraft 8 since release without any issues. Today I was starting a session and when I was trying to record my guitar (or anything for that matter) I press the record button but takes about 2 seconds for recording to kick in. The slider guide on the top is way ahead of the audio that's being recorded. Has anyone else had this issue? thanks.

Hi,
Are you using Mixcraft v8.1 build 418?
Go into Mixcraft's Sound Device preferences. What do you have selected there? Core Audio (WaveRT), ASIO or Wave?
When you arm the track, which recording device are you selecting?
